Freestyle Sewing and Pattern Making Tuition in Adelaide

Do you want to learn something specific about sewing or patternmaking? Don’t know where to go to get the information or help you need to create your dream outfit?

Learn sewing and fashion patternmaking techniques with Colleen Stewart, the creative mind behind Adelaide slow fashion brand Addison Ash. 

Bring your own garment project along to our freestyle classes and you’ll learn exactly what you need to know. Our freestyle classes run Weekly on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays in a staggered format – 15 minutes during the week and 10 minutes on the weekend – this means you have 10-15 minutes of undivided attention to start you on your project.

Freestyle Class Times

  • Wednesday 9am-12pm & 1-4pm
  • Friday 9am-12pm & 1-4pm
  • Saturdays from 9.00am-12pm-2.30pm & 3pm-5.30pm

About Colleen

“I started Freestyle Sewing and Pattern Making Tuition because after working close to people in a team for 27 years in the health industry, I discovered it to be quite lonely creating Addison Ash by myself, although I loved the freedom and creativity it involved. I thought back to a time when I was stuck, unable to proceed with a creative venture as I wasn’t sure what to do next. I had an epiphany that I could help people to fulfill their creative dreams while still fulfilling mine by sharing the knowledge I had learned over the years. I love working with people and helping to unleash their creativity.”
